Employee Referral Bonus
Japara staff understand our culture better than anyone. That’s why we encourage them to identify and introduce potential new team members through our Employee Referral Program. Successful referrals earn a bonus of up to $500 for eligible staff members.

Step 1. Application
Step 2. Review
We compare the qualifications, skills and experience detailed in your application with the selection criteria for the vacant position. If there’s a good fit, we’ll be in touch to arrange an interview.
Step 3. Interview
Your interview will generally take place at the location where you’ll be working should your application be successful. Alternatively, we may interview by phone. In either case, we may ask you to provide:
- Proof of identity
- A National Police Check
- Evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia
Step 4. Reference check
Following your interview we may ask you to provide contact details for at least two people with whom you’ve worked in your most recent roles.
Step 5. Offer of employment
Should your interview and reference checks meet our criteria, we will call to offer you employment with Japara. (Hooray!)
Step 6. Paperwork
If you accept our verbal offer of employment, we will send out an employment pack with your starter paperwork. Once your manager receives your signed documents, you’re ready to commence work at Japara.
Step 7. Welcome!
Your first few weeks at Japara will be devoted to orientation—you’ll have a lot to learn, and many different key stakeholders to meet. Your new colleagues will support you every step of the way to help you learn your job requirements, and understand your role within the Japara team.
