Aged Care Traineeships

Aged Care Traineeships at Calvary

Calvary Health Care, formerly known as Japara, has partnered with Chisholm to offer fully supported aged care traineeships in the Frankston area and on the Mornington Peninsula.
We welcome all applications, no matter what your professional background and you could get paid to learn a new job shortly after putting your hand up for this exciting opportunity.
This traineeship is a pathway to working in aged care with many exciting options in Australia’s growing aged care sector. Successful trainees will receive a Certificate III in Individual Support which, in most cases, can lead to permanent employment at a Calvary home.
The paid traineeship is an ideal way of getting to know Calvary, your future colleagues, as well as our lovely residents. While the theoretical component will be delivered by Chisholm TAFE, you will be earning while learning at our aged care homes in Mount Eliza, Capel Sound or Rye.
Becoming a Calvary trainee means not only laying the groundwork for a safe and rewarding aged care career but it also means that you will get to work with people who truly appreciate your work and who have a wealth of knowledge to share. Plus, there’ll be plenty of laughs along the way.
