Cooking up a storm

Every fortnight, one of the valuable volunteers at our Albury & District aged care home comes in to make fresh pikelets with our residents.

‘Lyn’s Cooking Mornings’ have become a favourite, with the beautiful smell of pikelets wafting through the home and stories being shared as residents reminisce about the times spent in the kitchen with their parents during their childhood.

We are extremely grateful for Lyn’s ongoing volunteering efforts – she is a much-loved member of our Albury & District community.
