Flooding at Japara Wyong

Update as at 10am on 11th February 2020.

Japara Wyong has been affected by rising floodwaters and this has impacted access to the home. We are pleased to report that the floodwater is now receding and the State Emergency Service is assisting in providing access for staff and critical supplies.

Importantly, residents and staff are being well cared for. We continue to work with the local emergency services and look forward to restoring full access as soon as possible.

Please note that phone lines are currently affected and switchboard operations have been directed to an emergency mobile phone. Please be aware that with reduced phone access it may take a while to connect you to the home.
