Kelaston Grandparents Day Brings Old & Young Together

It was a day for all ages on the 14th of July at our Kelaston home in Victoria, as they celebrated grandparents’ day. Our residents and their grandchildren were treated to an afternoon of unique entertainment. Kevin Parker from Parker’s Mini Circus entertained the large crowd of around 90 with performing birds and rabbits, who performed a wide range of tricks, some including active audience participation.

The show comprised of props, puppets, singing, and even a bird on a flying fox!

Aside from the fantastic entertainment on offer, there was a great range of food to boot, with Luigi’s Ice Cream, a delicious range of enticing food, as well as lolly bags for each child. All in all, it was a fantastic family day that was enjoyed by young and old.

A huge thank you to Parker’s Mini Circus for the fantastic entertainment.
