Living our Values

Japara’s vision, mission and values are a core part of our company culture and we love seeing how our homes embrace them in their own ways. The team at Japara St Judes (Narre Warren, VIC) created this amazing train display, with each carriage representing one of our values – Compassion, Respect, Excellence, Accountability, Teamwork, and Enjoyment. A couple of residents, who love art and craft, even helped with the painting, and staff used photos of the St Judes team and residents as ‘passengers’ in the carriages.
