Meet Cass Naylor – Our Gympie Home Manager

Cassandra Naylor is the Facility Manager at our Japara Gympie Aged Care Home. A local of Gympie, having grown up around the community, she is passionate about providing the best care for those members of the community who require it.

This is something that Cassandra is very candid about. “Being a manager of a local business is something that I really value – I have to be able to go to my child’s primary school, the shops and see people whose parents, spouses or siblings we care for” she reveals.

Cass says that she loves to be “around people with diverse life experiences.” She is driven by the desire to always be better, and being able to really see the positive outcomes that she consistently strives for. For Cass, the equation for success in aged care is an obvious yet consistently challenging one.

Trying to consistently be better, whilst maintaining a desire to satisfy the needs of all stakeholders, including residents, families, staff members, and where possible, the wider community. It is this drive that makes her a wonderful fit to lead the Gympie home.

When she’s not leading the home, Cassandra enjoys making time to go fishing with her family, and spending as much time as possible with her three young children. She would love to have a holiday travelling around Australia.
