Mirboo North thanked for five years of care

Staff at Japara Mirboo North (Strzelecki House) received this beautiful letter from Helen, the daughter of Teresa, thanking them for their care over five years.

You can read Helen’s letter below:

Our mother was a resident for the last five years at Strzelecki House Mirboo North. In that time the care offered was exemplary. She was nurtured and included, and felt a sense of belonging. She was encouraged to participate at levels she felt comfortable with, staff ensured she had enough quiet time and social time. Her personal care was first rate. Staff were friendly, approachable and caring. If we had any queries or problems staff (both admin and nursing) were always willing to listen and respond. Teresa is now housed closer to family. Thank you for all you have done for Teresa and our family.
