Torquay Kinder’s day at the beach with Ray

Local legend and Japara Anglesea resident, Ray, was asked by the Torquay kindergarten if he would talk to them about one of his favourite places – the beach. Ray brought lots of shells and beach treasures with him, including an amazing whale vertebrae he had found. He encouraged the kids to put a handful of sand in their pockets and spoke about how sand was made. Both Ray and the kindergarten kids had a fantastic time.
